Everything I do springs from one simple idea:
If you’re a leader or manager of people you are their coach whether you like it or not.
I work with senior leaders to provide a bespoke one-to-one programme of coaching skills training for people who don’t have the time or patience for courses or qualifications.
It is leaders, not Exec Coaches, who are best qualified to develop their team to high performance but most senior leaders have not been taught how to coach properly.
Leaders are having to have some tricky conversations at the moment and a coaching approach can really help.
I also provide one-to-one coaching to help senior leaders make improvements in the areas of their business that have the most impact. Typically that’s sales, leadership and communication.
I have over 20 years’ experience of developing leaders as coaches, both as an independent consultant and at a senior level within two business improvement organisations.
During this time, I’ve worked with senior leaders at organisations including AXA, HSBC and Toyota and spent several years as a leadership development consultant in the Middle East.
